Word Bank
It is a set of tools that lets you (the administrator) create and maintain your website's content without knowing anything about programming, design, or HTML. Infact, all that is required is an ability to edit text as is required in Microsoft Word! Content Management is simply the best way for you to create and effectively manage your business website.
The CMS ensures that the content retains a consistent look and feel throughout. Using simple forms and wizards, you can manage the pages, links, text and images of your entire website. Special modules can be added to the CMS to control special website functionality like calendars, E-Commerce, forms, mailing lists, and more.
Administration is done through browser-based interfaces which require some initial training on how to access, but after that, it is just a matter of editing the content. Again, unlike web-site builders like Microsoft FrontPage or Adobe Dreamweaver, for which there is a high knowledge requirement, the CMS allows non-technical users to make changes to an existing website with little or no training.

Security
During the implementation process the system administrators will be allowed to define the roles to be assigned to users - for example author, editor, approver - with authority on certain areas of the website.
We audit and log activity across the tiers of our CMS application. Using logs, we can detect suspicious-looking activity. Also, as part of the application design phase of our CMS we used threat modeling to understand and identify potentially vulnerable areas that may allow a user or an attacker with malicious intent, to compromise our system's security. The following practices are followed in our CMS to ensure the application's security:
