Fujitsu Technology Solutions Division (formerly Fujitsu Siemens Computers IT Product Services Ltd.) undertake IT systems and application support for many of Ireland's leading blue chip companies and government departments.

As part of the offering they have contract different resources from BESTSOFT Consulting over a period of several years. These resources have varied from a Lotus Notes/Domino development team (up to 5 developers), to project management resources to technical/documentation resources and senior testing resources.

These resources have been deployed mainly in the Houses of the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament). This customer has required the most demanding standards in terms of the quality of the delivery; adherence to well defined processes and the ability to interface with senior civil service personnel.

This engagement has been in place for over two years and is expected to continue into the future with BESTSOFT Consulting continuing to deliver resources to support their services with this customer. The service has been a combination of onsite and remote input.
